We create a welcoming space for connection, networking, education, and personal growth through monthly gatherings, guest speakers, interest-based mini groups, and volunteer opportunities. Founding Members
Vinita Phord Vinita Phord is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, designer, and Realtor with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate communications, property management, and creative entrepreneurship. A long-time Rochester resident and owner of Green Dragon Midwest Properties, she’s helped hundreds of visitors and newcomers feel at home in Minnesota.
For the past 13 years, Vinita has also built a loyal following for her handcrafted jewelry through her online stores, Many Hats of Me and Aura Charms. This summer, she’s expanding into in-person jewelry-making workshops—sharing her love of metal, design, and creative confidence with others.
Johannes Lorenz brings international business experience across sectors including tech, education, consulting, and nonprofit outreach. He has led strategic initiatives in business development, community engagement, and client success for global organizations. With a focus on inclusive systems and human-centered solutions, Johannes plays a key role in helping Trailing Talent build partnerships and design programming that meets the needs of the community.
