We create a welcoming space for connection, networking, education, and personal growth through monthly gatherings, guest speakers, interest-based mini groups, and volunteer opportunities. Founding Members
Vinita Phord is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur with 20+ years in corporate communications, property management, and design. A long-time Rochester resident and owner of Green Dragon Midwest Properties, she’s helped hundreds of visitors feel at home. Now a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Premier, Vinita enjoys helping others settle in, find their footing, and grow—both personally and professionally.
Johannes Lorenz brings international business experience across sectors including tech, education, consulting, and nonprofit outreach. He has led strategic initiatives in business development, community engagement, and client success for global organizations. With a focus on inclusive systems and human-centered solutions, Johannes plays a key role in helping Trailing Talent build partnerships and design programming that meets the needs of the community.
