Originally part of the Alice Mayo Society’s Small Business Club, our group has evolved into an independent and inclusive community open to everyone in Rochester. We welcome newcomers settling into the city, longtime residents looking to connect, and even visitors interested in local events. Trailing Talent offers a space for anyone seeking community, conversation, and meaningful ways to engage with life in Rochester, MN.

What Trailing Talent Offers:

Each month, we host dynamic meetings that feature expert guest speakers on topics that matter to our members—like personal finance, small business ownership, career development, estate planning, and investing. We’re here to help you build skills, confidence, and new opportunities.

But we’re not just about learning—we’re also about living well. Trailing Talent hosts fun and engaging activities including:
